CEO and Founder

Studied psychology with a minor in computer science in Hamburg. Living in Vienna since 1997. After many years working in HR departments of various companies, he founded his own consulting firm in 2002.

Consulting services include training, coaching, and web-based personality assessment for personnel selection & development. Founding member and 1st Chairman of the European Association for The Wholeness Work®. Author of the book "New Ways in Recruiting – More Effectiveness with the Graves Model and Metaprograms", lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences of bfi Vienna.
