Our seminars are aimed at HR professionals, recruiters, managers, and anyone involved in talent selection and development. No prior knowledge is required.

The online certification is designed for 4 weeks with approximately 2-3 hours per week. However, you can schedule your time flexibly and learn at your own pace.

Yes, many of our seminars are eligible for funding. In Austria, for example, through AMS or WAFF, in Germany through education vouchers. We're happy to advise you on the possibilities.

For open seminars, we limit the number of participants to a maximum of 12 people to ensure intensive support and plenty of room for questions. We can adapt in-house seminars for larger groups.
