General Information
escProfile.com (Dipl.-Psych. Ralph Köbler Sole Proprietorship, UID No.: ATU60719217) processes your customers' and seminar participants' data in files, which is hereby notified in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
Any deviations from these terms and conditions require written form.
Internal Corporate Projects and B2B Seminars
e.g. Graves Model in Recruiting
- Reference List: Corporate clients agree to be listed on our reference list.
- Pricing: Corporate quotes are exclusive of VAT.
- Billing: Services are billed after completion, or in case of multi-month service delivery, proportionally per month. Invoiced bills are due promptly upon receipt (without deductions).
- Default Interest: For payments made later than one month after invoicing, default interest of 14% p.a. applies.
Cancellation Policy for Corporate Clients

Alternative: After full payment, a voucher for future participation can be claimed or a substitute participant can be provided.
Open Public Seminars
- Seminar Fees: The seminar fees include VAT, manual and any certificate fee.
- Funding: Continuing education is supported by various institutions including the Vienna Employee Promotion Fund (www.waff.at) – please refer to their website for funding guidelines.
- Registration: Registration is made by email or mail.
- Confirmation: Once the minimum number of participants is reached, registration is confirmed by email or mail and the participant is considered registered.
- Cancellation: If the seminar does not have sufficient enrollment, you will be notified at least two days before the seminar begins. Events may also be cancelled or postponed without reason. In these cases, only the seminar fee will be refunded, but there is no entitlement to reimbursement of any cancellation costs for travel and accommodation, loss of earnings, etc.

Projects with esc Profile Assessment and other Web Applications
- Ownership: The escProfile.com web applications are made available to the customer and remain the property of escProfile.com.
- Disclaimer: escProfile.com is not liable for errors in manuals and handbooks and for any possible damages, consequential defects and property losses arising from the use of the software.
- Responsibility: The customer bears sole responsibility for the selection of the software, with regard to hardware and system compatibility and the specifications they desire.
- Data Protection: escProfile.com acts as a data processor for its customers. All regulations regarding data protection and GDPR can be found in our Privacy Policy.
- Amendment Rights: Price changes (from one contract cycle to another or at year-end for individual licenses or packages) and technical changes (at any time) remain reserved to escProfile.com.
