The completion itself takes about 10-15 minutes per person, depending on the number of questions. The report is available immediately after all assessments are completed.

Large deviations are valuable – they show where different perceptions exist. The tool automatically prioritizes these and highlights the largest deviations in the report. Since the behavioral anchors are observable, they can be easily clarified in discussion. This allows concrete measures for competence development to be agreed upon.
