Case Study: AMS Austria

Challenge

The Austrian Public Employment Service (AMS) regularly recruits new consultants who support job seekers and advise companies on personnel matters. This requires methods that minimize bad hires and ensure long-term employee motivation.

Solution

The esc Profile assessment is used to identify candidates whose personality profile particularly fits the demanding requirements. In an internal comparative study with around 200 already successful AMS consultants, central success factors were identified and compared with a norm group.
